Our quoted price is the entire price you will pay to be live on Advisor or any of our other solutions. And our transfer articulation product, FREE, is in fact entirely free! With Conclusive Systems, you simply don’t need to wonder “what all” the system will cost you. We always provide an all-inclusive 5-year TCO, and we have always even included entering in a full year of your degree requirements into our Advisor system. Our systems are so well-designed that we can easily manage them for you. So, most of the support requests other companies struggle with don’t even exist with our systems. That means that we can quickly support you on questions that other companies call “consulting” and for which they often charge extra. Thus, our support is immediate and genuinely helpful! As just one example, our degree audit system typically produces upwards of 30 audits per second. So both self-service and reports are ridiculously fast. Community Colleges

Typically between $30,000 and $50,000 for installation, and that price includes the first year’s license/support fee! After that first year, our typical annual fee is about $9,000.

Individual Universities

Typically $60,000 to $100,000 for installation, which includes the first year’s license/support fee. And after that the typical annual fee is about $10,000 to $25,000.

Complex Universities

Typically our installation pricing ranges from about $100,000 to $300,000, which, of course, includes the first year’s license/support fee. And after the first year our annual fee is typically about $40,000 to $80,000.
